Game Park onsite in Valencia!
 The onsite action has started! In the weekend
of May 17th the V-WTCC RaceRoom™ Game Park was deployed in the paddock of Circuit Ricardo Tormo in Valencia to host the first onsite
V-WTCC showdown.
After a ‘slow’ start the weekend turned out to be quite a success. The main event of the weekend,
the first V-WTCC Semi-Final, attracted the attention of the onsite media and gathered a large crowd
that filled the Game Park from the start on. The drivers experienced the pressure that comes with fame,
but after a short delay the battle was on and the competition great to behold.
Besides the V-WTCC competition there was also plenty of opportunity for VIPs and spectators
to try and match the level of the virtual heroes and experience the intensity of simulated racing.
The simulators did overtime during these sessions as the Game Park was fully occupied throughout
the weekend.
The event showed that the progress made in the Knutstorp test event was continued and provided
the V-WTCC Team with valuable insights in how to continue this progression further through the next event.
