Yokohama Shines on the Winner’s Car

During each of the Semi-Finals the drivers not only battle for the tickets to Monza, but also for a brand new set of Yokohama tyres. Nils Naujoks tell us about his.

As the third of five Semi-Finals has finished and new virtual stars have risen, we talk to the previous winner of the Yokohama tyre set, Nils Naujoks. Naujoks won the Semi-Final of Brno by beating his fellow BMW driver to the finish line confidently and thus became the second driver to score the Yokohama prize.

Naujoks tried them on his car and let us know he was very happy with the new set: “They really have more grip than the standard tyres. It’s good fun!”

Naujoks told us he had just bought new rims and that these tyres completed them perfectly. He had himself pictured next to his Audi and supplied us with another comment: “Thank you, Yokohama, for making my 130 horsepower car more fun to play with!”

Yokohama is a Partner of V-WTCC and supplies the main prize for the Semi-Finals. Furthermore they officially support the Independent’s Trophy held with the RACE 07 Demo.
